Not necessarily. While tracking can be a useful educational tool, every client is different. We'll choose an approach that best fits your goals, lifestyle, and relationship with food.
Yes. While I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, I help clients support hormone health through proper nutrition, strength training, stress management, sleep, recovery, and lifestyle habits. I can also help you interpret bloodwork and identify areas that may be worth discussing with your healthcare provider.
Yes. I offer bloodwork analysis and can help identify patterns related to metabolism, thyroid function, insulin sensitivity, nutrient deficiencies, and overall health. I also provide recommendations you can discuss with your physician.
Absolutely not. Carbohydrates are an important energy source and can play a valuable role in body composition, performance, recovery, and hormone health. Most of my clients continue eating carbs while achieving incredible results.
No. Building significant muscle takes years of intentional effort. Most women who strength train develop a leaner, more toned, and sculpted physique rather than becoming bulky.
Not necessarily. While cardiovascular exercise has health benefits, many clients achieve excellent fat loss results through strength training, proper nutrition, daily movement, and step goals.

Yes. Every client receives a customized training program tailored to their goals, experience level, available equipment, injuries, and schedule.
Absolutely. Many of my clients train just 3–4 days per week and see incredible results. More isn't always better — consistency is.

Yes, but only when they're actually needed. Supplements should support a strong foundation of nutrition, training, sleep, and recovery — not replace it.
